    I had a lovely stay! The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable king bed and an impressive shower. It was conveniently located near shops and public transport. Just a suggestion-more parking spaces would be helpful. A great base for my weekend activities!

    I greatly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. The venue was extremely convenient and exquisite with extremely helpful staff members and a bistro bar. The location was perfect for traveling around Toowong, short walk to banks, Toowong, which is located close to shops and cafes and eateries and shops. Plus, Oxley Creek Common was set nearby.

    My room featured a comfy bed, a fantastic bathroom, and a TV set up right in front, perfect for relaxing evenings. The balcony added a lovely touch, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

    I did notice a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection, which occasionally lagged.

    Have an outside area from the room

    I found the bathroom not cleaned - the floor looked like it had not had any mopping. Also the pillows in the room are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

    We chose Jephson Hotel for its convenient location while attending a family wedding, and it exceeded our expectations. Nearby parks and attractions, like the Brisbane Botanic Gardens and South Bank, provided lovely family moments. The only downside was limited parking, but overall, we’d happily return.

    Excellent location to Suncorp Stadium

    Sadly, with door open on 4th floor there was a lovely breeze but rather noisy. Breakfast was lovely when it arrived however I would suggest further staff members as they seemed to be struggling. They were extremely courteous and wonderful attendants

    the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to shops and restaurants. our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a balcony. the friendly staff made us feel welcomed, and we appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site that offers room service. the nearby train station also made it easy to explore the area.

    Location just next door to the centre of Toowong, which is located close to shops and cafes and shops, inexpensive restaurants, train and bus. Nearby Barolos Ristorante Italiano - great place to chill out.

    Beds were very uncomfortable.

    Our romantic escape was a blast! The location was spot on, just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to explore the city. Plus, we found plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where we relaxed with our drinks - just what we needed!

    I was pretty bummed to find that there was no toaster or microwave in our room. Not ideal when you want a quick breakfast. it would've been great if there was a restaurant on-site, but we had to venture out even though the nearby options were decent. Not bad but definitely could be better!

    Great position-close to rail transport for access to airport, city and southwest suburbs of Brisbane. Also close to shopping at Toowong Village and lots of eateries and cafes. Lovely staff with excellent in house restaurant- we had a good breakfast and the best coffee. Modern comfortable room, free parking.

    We stayed at the weekend and there were some noisy guests staying at the hotel creating lots of noise in the corridors at night. Also lots of street noise carried into room facing the Jephson St.

    The room was very comfortable and well located. It was probably not my idea of a four and half star hotel because the room did not have a luxury feel about it which is what I would expect from this level. It was very modern and comfortble however, with a good bathroom, excellent shower.

    I felt that the downstairs restaurant, while providing a good meal, was pricey for what it is. The meals were on the small side and I think the volume of wine provided was quite small for the price.
